Therban
Therban® คือยางไนไตรล์บิวทาไดอีนที่ผ่านการเติมไฮโดรเจนบางส่วนหรือทั้งหมด (Hydrogenated Nitrile Butadiene Rubber – HNBR) แม้ว่ายาง HNBR ทุกชนิดจะมีคุณสมบัติเด่น เช่น ความแข็งแรง ความทนความร้อน และความทนน้ำมันที่เหนือกว่า NBR มาตรฐานและพอลิเมอร์อื่น ๆ แต่มีเพียง Therban® เท่านั้นที่นำเสนอเกรดหลากหลายซึ่งสามารถทำงานได้ดีในสภาพแวดล้อมที่รุนแรงที่สุด
ประโยชน์หลัก
ออกแบบมาสำหรับการใช้งานที่ต้องการความทนทานสูงเป็นพิเศษในสภาพแวดล้อมที่กัดกร่อน Therban® มอบคุณประโยชน์ดังนี้:
- ทนทานต่อน้ำมันและจาระบีในระดับสูง
- สามารถทำงานได้ในช่วงอุณหภูมิ -40 °C ถึง 165 °C
- มีคุณสมบัติความทนทานที่ดีเยี่ยมในของไหลที่มีฤทธิ์กัดกร่อน เช่น น้ำมันพวงมาลัยเพาเวอร์ น้ำมันเกียร์อัตโนมัติ น้ำมันเครื่อง น้ำมันดีเซล และน้ำมันเบรก
- มีเกรดที่เสถียรทางความร้อนหลากหลาย ครอบคลุมตั้งแต่ 17% ACN ถึง 44% ACN
