Levapren
Levapren® consists of ethylene monomer units forming a saturated polymer backbone, combined with polar vinyl acetate groups that enhance polarity.
This results in a copolymer of ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVM), classified as a rubber-like synthetic polymer. It is primarily used as a modifier or blend component in thermoplastics, particularly PVC.

Key Benefits
The advantages of Levapren® include:
- Produced via radical solution polymerization, providing excellent physical properties.
- Chlorine-free, meaning no HCl is released during combustion.
- No softening, cracking, or discoloration upon heat exposure.
- High resistance to weathering and ozone (up to 175°C).
- Excellent oil and heat resistance, with good electrical insulation. The vinyl acetate content can be adjusted for tailored flexibility and performance.
